The Seaport of Saint Petersburg is planning the modernization of the berth No. 20 located in the second area of the Big Port St.-Petersburg.
According to the project, the works include reconstruction of the front sheet pile wall of the berth, which is 175 m long, 12.55 m wide and 9.22 m deep. The reconstruction is projected to be completed in four months.
The port authorities report that the birth will operate as normal – no vessel calls, as well as handling, loading or unloading operations are going to be limited during the works.
